Fender Jazzmaster

The Fender Jazzmaster was originally designed and released in 1958 as a more expensive cousin of the Fender Stratocaster. The offset contour body is a delight and many Jazzmaster feature the Fender proprietary Jazzmaster vibrato, which is an all class act. Jazzmasters have been produced with Ash, Alder, and Basswood bodies and Maple necks. The two single-coil pickups of most Jazzmasters have the punch of the classic P90 pickup and are a favourite of recording session guitarists.
