EVH Striped Series Shapes Maple Fingerboard (White & Black)

The EVH Striped Series SHAPES is a signature–inspired electric guitar that channels the visual impact and tonal aggression of Eddie Van Halen's Fair Warning era. Built around a mahogany body and graphite–reinforced quartersawn maple neck, this instrument honours the original dropped–D tuned guitars from the 1981 tour with a bold painted graphic finish and high–output electronics. The direct–mount EVH Wolfgang humbucking bridge pickup and Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo system combine for maximum sustain and tuning stability under extreme playing techniques.

The neck features Eddie's Modified "C" backshape and a compound radius maple fingerboard that transitions from 12" at the nut to 16" at the upper frets across 22 jumbo frets. EVH–branded Gotoh tuners deliver precise, stable tuning across all six strings. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series double–locking tremolo handles dive bombs and flutter without losing pitch, while the single Wolfgang humbucker provides focused, harmonic–rich output for high–gain rock tones. This white and black striped graphic model maintains the visual DNA of one of rock's most recognisable instruments.
