The Fender California Deluxe Redondo CE Walnut Fingerboard (Honey Sunburst) brings together dreadnought projection and stage–ready electronics in a design refined over more than ten years. Its solid Sitka Spruce top pairs with laminate Mahogany back and sides, reinforced by scalloped X–bracing that allows the top to vibrate freely while maintaining structural integrity. The full–sized body produces bold, commanding tone with the presence needed for both solo performance and ensemble work.

Onboard electronics come via the Fishman® CD–1 preamp system with integrated tuner, delivering stage–ready amplification without external processing. Hardware includes sealed gear split–shaft tuning machines that hold pitch through extended sets, plus a Micarta® nut and saddle that maximise string–to–body energy transfer. Phosphor bronze strings are fitted as standard, offering warm midrange and extended harmonic content. The walnut fingerboard provides smooth playability across the neck, while the honey sunburst finish highlights the natural grain of the spruce top.
