Fender Player II Modified Telecaster Maple Fingerboard (Sunshine Yellow)

The Player II Modified Telecaster® represents Fender®'s commitment to pushing the boundaries of their legendary design whilst honouring the instrument's storied past. This versatile guitar combines classic Fender heritage with thoughtful modern upgrades that cater to today's demanding guitarists. The Modern "C"–profile neck features a smooth satin urethane finish, paired with either a 9.5"–radius slab rosewood or one–piece maple fingerboard that includes rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets for superior playability.

At the heart of this instrument lies the signature alder body construction that provides the unmistakable Fender punch, available across a range of fresh finishes. The Player II Noiseless™ pickups capture the classic Telecaster twang and bite whilst eliminating unwanted interference. A clever push/pull switch on the tone control adds remarkable tonal flexibility by switching the pickup wiring from parallel to series configuration, unlocking fatter, more powerful sounds when needed.

Built for reliability and precision, the modern six–saddle Tele® bridge incorporates block brass saddles that enhance both sustain and intonation accuracy. Short post locking tuners work alongside a TUSQ® nut and modern string tree to provide rock–solid tuning stability, making this guitar perfect for expressive bends and powerful rock leads. The Player II Modified Telecaster® stands as a modern evolution of an iconic instrument, ready to handle whatever musical challenges you present.
