The Seymour Duncan Slash LLT 2.0 Humbucker Set delivers the high-output tone Slash demanded after years of world tours with Guns N' Roses and Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators. This hotter-wound evolution of his APH-2 signature pickups maintains the same tonal character and clarity whilst pushing amplifiers harder with increased volume, drive, and compression. Built in Santa Barbara using the same methods Seymour Duncan employed in the 1980s, each set features nickel silver bottom plates, maple spacers, paper tape, and traditional wax potting for authentic vintage construction.

The neck pickup measures 8.8k DCR whilst the bridge sits at 9.38k, both wound around Alnico 2 rough cast magnets that provide the warm, dynamic response Slash requires. This LLT (Longer Lead Time) version ships with modern Short Ear mounting legs that fit a wider range of guitar routes and allow direct mounting without adapter rings. Four-conductor wiring replaces the traditional single-conductor braided cable, enabling coil splitting, series/parallel switching, and phase reversal configurations. Gold covers complete the premium aesthetic whilst preserving the hand-built Santa Barbara craftsmanship that defined the originals.
